I've recently relocated to London from New Zealand via Australia. One of the most exciting things about being here is being so close to so much dynamism and fresh thinking, all in one place. Downunder is a fantastic place to live, but it is such a very long way from the rest of the world. It's great to be in the thick of everything here.
I work in the area of innovation and analytics for a customer experience management agency. My role is to add value to the information we collect from experiences to translate them into actionable improvements.
My fascination is with the power of possibility - with that amazing process that allows us to connect with the field of possibilities and make anything manifest.
The main skills/ services I can offer relate to data/statistical analysis and interpretation, and I always enjoy the challenge of an Excel or Access problem (or any other technical problem).
I'd also love to hear your ideas. Living in Australia introduced me to the rock wallaby. It can jump up a crevice in a vertical cliff by bouncing off the wall on each side. I've found ideas are like that when they bounce between people - they're elevated to a new level and gain energy with each person they encounter.
