I work as a facilitator, host and consultant in systemic change processes, ranging from the corporate sector to grassroots civil society movements. I have a small for more-than-profit company in Brazil, called CoCriar (www.cocriar.com).
I'm passionate about participative learning and sustainability. The work that I do is based on hosting of collective learning spaces, meaningful conversations and genuine human reconnection. The main methodological tools and influences are the PeerSpirit Circle, World Café , Open Space Technology and Appreciative Inquiry.
In 2008 I stepped up to be part of the cultivation team of Pioneers of Change and of the stewards circle of the Art of Hosting.
